Common managed-property scenarios
Examples include an unattended death, blood contamination, hoarding with biological waste, or another incident requiring controlled cleanup before ordinary turnover work can continue.
Keep ordinary vendors out of hazardous areas
Maintenance, painting and general cleaning should not begin in an area that still contains biological contamination. Identify and address the contamination first, then return to normal turnover work.
Chemically contaminated properties are different
Suspected illegal-drug contamination can fall under separate Utah and Davis County rules. Davis County states that chemically contaminated property decontamination may require confirmation sampling, an approved work plan and a permit before decontamination. We do not represent general biohazard cleanup as meth decontamination unless that specific service is confirmed.
